  • 1 banana
  • 1 very creamy avocado
  • 1 handful almonds and 1 hadful oats
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 glass almond milk
  • 1 tsp cinamon
  • 1 tbsp agave or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

All ingredients blended well! It’s great choose before fit workouts or running training.
