Ingredients

  • 100 g plain yogurt
  • 1 tab spoon agave syrup or honey
  • 3 tab spoon chia seeds
  • Fruits and berries for your choice

Instructions

5 minutes before chia seeds slam with warm boiled water that seeds swell. Put in glass yogurt mix with agave syrup, swell seeds and fruits or berries.
