- 3 avocado
- 1 lime juice
- ½ red onions
- fresh coriander
Cut the avocados in half and remove pit. Scoop the avocados and place in bowl. Toss and coat with fresh lime juice, add salt and with fork mash until smooth consistency is achieved. Fold in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
