These healthy granola bars are absolutely delicious as well as nutritious.

Ingredients

  • 200 g roasted Oats
  • 50 g pumkin seeds
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g seasam
  • 50 g quinoa
  • 50 g almonds
  • 50 g dried crannberries
  • 1 tsp cinamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 200 g dried apricots,
  • 200 g dates,
  • 1/2 lemon juice,
  • 2 tbsp ginger syrup

Instructions

Oats with nuts and seeds light roast on pan or in oven.

In blender mix apricot, dates with fresh lemon juice and ginger syrup and all mix together with oat, nuts, seeds cranberries and cinnamon. Pulp lay on frying pan and cut for pieces.  Cool down keep it in fridge.
