- 2 medium beets
- 1 tan (200 g) chickpeas
- 1 glove garlic
- ½ lemon juice
- 2 tab spoon olive oil
- ½ tea spoon cumin
- fresh herbs – coriander or parsley
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
- Boiled beets cut in peace and roast in the oven 20-30 min.
- When beets are done roasting all ingredients add into blender and mix well until the mass becomes smooth and creamy.
Used as a dipping with vegetables or chips.
