ROASTED BEETS HUMMUS

Ingredients

  • 2 medium beets
  • 1 tan (200 g) chickpeas
  • 1 glove garlic
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 2 tab spoon olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • ½ tea spoon cumin
  • fresh herbs – coriander or parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
  2. Boiled beets cut in peace and roast in the oven 20-30 min.
  3. When beets are done roasting all ingredients add into blender and mix well until the mass becomes smooth and creamy.

Notes

Used as a dipping with vegetables or chips.
