Ingredients

  • 500 g pumkin
  • 100 g celery root (can be replaced with batate or potatoes)
  • 200 g water
  • 200g coconut cream (can be replaced with heavy cream)
  • salt/pepper
  • ginger root (can be replaced with garlic)
  • nutmeg
  • ½ lemon juise

Instructions

Cut pumkin and celery cubs, boiled in water while soft, blender and after add coconut cream, grated ginger, nutmeg and other spices.

 

Served with:

Goat cheese

Coriander (or other herbs by your taste – parsley, celery or basil)

Truffles oil

Pumkin roasted seeds

Toasted bread
