- 200 g raw tuna
- 2 avocados
- ½ shallot
- 1 tab spoon freshly graded ginger
- 1 celery stick
- 1 lime juice
- 2 tab spoon olive oil
- 2 tab spoon soy sauce
- 2 tab spoon sesame oil
- sesame seeds
Chop the tuna in bowl with shallot, ginger, soy sauce, olive and sesame oil, sesame seeds, salt, pepper.
Cut the avocados in half and remove pit. Scoop the avocados and place in bowl. Toss and coat with fresh lime juice, add salt and with fork mash until smooth consistency is achieved and add chop celery stick.
Garnish with sesame seeds and fresh greens.
